Internship for you

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, and using the Internship for you website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using our Platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Internship for you regarding your use of our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATION

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering for our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not provide internship services to individuals under 18 years of age.

2.2 Student Status

Our internship programs are designed for final-year students enrolled in recognized educational institutions. While we do not implement formal verification procedures, you confirm that:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in a recognized college or university
  • You are in your final year of study
  • You have provided accurate information regarding your educational status

3. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

3.1 Account Creation

To access our internship programs, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including:

  • Your full name
  • Valid email address
  • Mobile number
  • College/institution name
  • Academic year

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining accurate, current, and complete information in your account. If any information becomes outdated or inaccurate, you must update it immediately. We are not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, etc.)
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach

We are not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized individuals to use your credentials. Doing so violates this Agreement and may result in account suspension or termination.

4. INTERNSHIP PROGRAM TERMS

4.1 Program Structure

Our internship programs are fixed-duration, 6-month virtual internship programs delivered through our online platform. The key terms are:

  • Duration: Upto 6 months for all internship programs (fixed, non-negotiable)
  • Delivery Method: 100% online/virtual
  • Partner Companies: All internships are conducted with verified, officially registered partner companies
  • Fixed Pricing: All internship programs are offered at a uniform fixed price

4.2 Course & Materials

Upon enrollment and successful payment, you will receive:

  • Internship Offer Letter: Partner company will review and generate certificate.
  • Course Materials: Access to course content and assignments relevant to your selected internship field
  • Work Assignments: Structured assignments and projects to be completed during the 6-month duration

4.3 Completion Requirements

To receive a completion certificate from our partner company, you must:

  • Complete 100% of Assignments: All assigned coursework and projects must be completed in their entirety
  • Meet Quality Standards: Submissions must meet the specified quality and content requirements
  • Adhere to Deadlines: Complete work according to the scheduled timeline provided

Failure to complete 100% of assignments will result in non-issuance of the completion certificate, regardless of the amount of work completed.

4.4 No Modifications

Once you enroll in an internship program, we do not modify:

  • Internship content or curriculum
  • Program duration (Upto 6 months)
  • Company assignments or partner allocations
  • Course structure or requirements

You agree to complete the program exactly as offered at the time of enrollment.

5. PAYMENT & PRICING

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment through the following methods:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net Banking
  • Other digital payment options as may be made available on our platform

5.2 Pricing

  • All internship programs are offered at a fixed, uniform price
  • Prices are displayed on our website and during the registration/enrollment process
  • Any applicable taxes will be included or calculated at checkout

5.3 Payment Processing

Payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account.

5.4 Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as proof of enrollment.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Student Work Ownership

All work, assignments, projects, and creative output you produce during the internship ("Your Work") is owned exclusively by you. You retain full intellectual property rights to your submissions.

6.2 Use Restrictions

We and our partner companies:

  • Will NOT display, publish, or showcase your work on our website, marketing materials, or any public platform
  • Will NOT use your work for commercial purposes
  • Will NOT claim ownership or credit for your work
  • Will NOT reproduce, share, or distribute your work to third parties

Your work is treated as confidential and remains your exclusive property.

6.3 Course Materials

All course materials, assignments, and educational content provided by Internship for you remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may use these materials solely for completing your internship program and may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute course materials
  • Share materials with non-enrolled individuals
  • Use materials for commercial purposes
  • Modify or create derivative works without permission

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDUCT

7.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights and privacy of others. You will not:

  • Engage in plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or cheating in any form
  • Submit work that is not your own or that violates intellectual property rights of others
  • Violate the confidentiality of company information or trade secrets shared during your internship
  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, abuse, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, mentors, or fellow interns
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws

7.2 Professional Conduct

During your internship, you are expected to maintain professional conduct standards, including:

  • Treating all communications with respect and professionalism
  • Meeting assignment deadlines
  • Providing honest, original work
  • Maintaining appropriate communication standards

7.3 Violation Consequences

Violation of these conduct standards may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Non-issuance of completion certificates or offer letters
  • Forfeiture of fees paid
  • Legal action if violations constitute criminal activity

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

8.1 No Placement Guarantee

Internship for you provides internship training and experience only. We make NO guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:

  • Job placement or employment after completion
  • Career advancement or job offers from participating companies
  • Salary or compensation in any future employment
  • Your eligibility for specific positions or companies

8.2 No Liability for College/Institution Non-Recognition

We are NOT responsible if your college, university, or educational institution:

  • Does not recognize or accept the internship as valid
  • Does not grant academic credit for the internship
  • Does not count the internship toward degree requirements
  • Refuses to acknowledge the completion certificate

You are responsible for verifying with your institution whether our internship programs meet their specific academic requirements before enrolling.

8.3 Service Limitations

We are NOT liable for:

  • Loss of data or course materials (maintain your own backups)
  • Temporary service interruptions or platform downtime (we maintain reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of income, business opportunities, or career advancement

8.4 "AS-IS" Disclaimer

Our Platform and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content

9. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

9.1 Account Suspension

We may suspend your account without prior notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in prohibited conduct or illegal activity
  • Fail to comply with course requirements or submission deadlines
  • Provide false or misleading information

9.2 Account Termination

We may terminate your account and services if:

  • Suspension does not resolve the violation
  • You engage in repeated violations
  • You request account deletion
  • Your continued participation poses risks to our platform or community

9.3 Data Upon Termination

If your account is terminated:

  • Your access to course materials and assignments will be revoked
  • Your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems
  • You will lose access to any completion certificates or offer letters (though previously downloaded documents remain yours)

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to our website. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notices on our Platform.

Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with modifications, you must discontinue using our Platform.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, the Platform, or your use of our services will be:

  • First Attempt: Resolved through direct communication and good faith negotiation between you and our support team
  • Escalation: If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies through appropriate courts

11.3 Jurisdiction

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to your dispute, as determined by Indian law.

12.2 Notice Requirements

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Internship for you regarding your use of our Platform and services. These terms supersede all previous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.

If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions will continue in full force and effect.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, will be severed. The remaining provisions will continue in full force.

15. WAIVER

The failure of Internship for you to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. We may enforce or waive any right at any time at our sole discretion.

End of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of January 31, 2026, and supersede all previous terms.
By using Internship for you, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
