REFUND POLICY

Internship for you

Effective Date: January 31, 2026

1. POLICY OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions, exceptions, and procedures regarding refunds for internship program fees paid to Internship for you. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any internship program.

Important: Our refund policy is restrictive by design to ensure program completion and accountability. Most situations do not qualify for refunds.

2. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLE

Refunds are NOT provided for internship programs under standard circumstances. Once you enroll and make a payment, your fees are non-refundable with very limited exceptions outlined in Section 3 of this policy.

Your enrollment means you are committed to completing the full duration of the selected internship program.

3. SOLE REFUND CONDITION

A refund WILL be issued ONLY if you do NOT receive the complete package of deliverables from Internship for you as promised. Specifically:

3.1 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if and only if you fail to receive ALL of the following within the specified timeframes:

  1. Internship Offer Letter - issued upon enrollment
  2. Course Materials & Access - Complete access to all course content relevant to your selected internship field
  3. Completion Certificate - Upon completion of 100% of assignments at the end of the 6-month internship duration

If you receive all three of these deliverables, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of any other factors or issues.

3.2 Non-Receipt Definition

"Non-receipt" means that despite completing all required assignments (100% completion), you do not receive the completion certificate or offer letter from our side due to a failure on our part to provide these documents or other system/administrative failures on Internship for you's end.

4. REFUND EXCLUSIONS

NO refund will be provided for any of the following situations, even if you believe they justify a refund:

4.1 Student-Related Issues (No Refund)

  • You did not complete all assignments (100% completion is required)
  • Your work quality did not meet specified standards
  • You could not commit sufficient time to the internship
  • You lost interest or decided the field is not suitable for you
  • Your internet connectivity or technical issues prevented participation
  • You experienced personal, family, or health emergencies
  • You changed your career path or educational goals
  • You want a refund for any reason before completion

4.2 College/Institution-Related Issues (No Refund)

  • Your college or educational institution does NOT accept the internship as valid
  • Your college refuses to grant academic credit for the internship
  • Your college does not count the internship toward degree requirements
  • Your college provides a different ruling regarding the internship's academic standing

We are NOT responsible for your college's policies, recognition, or academic credit decisions. You should verify with your institution whether our internship programs meet their specific academic requirements BEFORE enrolling.

4.3 Payment-Related Issues (No Refund)

  • Payment was made in error
  • You regret your purchase
  • You were dissatisfied with the program
  • You were unable to pay the full fee upfront

4.4 No Refund for Partial Completion

  • If you complete 50% of the program and then request a refund: NO REFUND
  • If you complete 99% of the program and then request a refund: NO REFUND
  • Only 100% completion followed by non-receipt of completion certificate qualifies for refund consideration

4.5 No Refund for Non-Employment

  • You did not receive a job offer after completion
  • You did not achieve your career goals
  • No employer hired you
  • You were not selected by any company

Internship for you makes NO employment guarantees. The internship is for training and experience only.

4.6 No Refund for Third-Party Issues

  • Your bank or payment processor disputes the transaction
  • Currency exchange issues (for international payments, if applicable)
  • Payment delays or processing errors

5. 100% ASSIGNMENT COMPLETION REQUIREMENT

To receive your completion certificate, you MUST complete 100% of all assigned workthroughout the full duration internship program.

5.1 Completion Standard

  • Every assignment must be submitted
  • Every project must be completed
  • Every required module must be finished
  • All submission deadlines must be met (or extensions explicitly granted)

5.2 Incomplete Work = No Certificate

If you complete 99% of assignments but miss even one assignment:

  • You will NOT receive the offer letter
  • You will NOT receive your completion certificate
  • You will NOT be eligible for a refund due to incomplete work

Incomplete work is your responsibility, not ours. We cannot issue certificates for partially completed programs.

6. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

6.1 Refund Request Process

If you believe you meet the SOLE refund condition (non-receipt of deliverables), follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Support

  • Send a detailed email to: support@internshipforyou.in
  • Include: Your name, enrollment date, and specific reason for refund request
  • Attach: Any documentation supporting your claim (screenshots, correspondence, etc.)

Step 2: Provide Evidence

  • Clearly explain why you did not receive the promised deliverables
  • Provide dates when you expected to receive documents
  • Explain what prevented you from receiving the internship offer letter, course access, or completion certificate

Step 3: Refund Review

  • Our team will review your request within 7-10 business days
  • We will determine whether you meet the eligibility criteria
  • We will communicate our decision via email

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval

6.2 Required Information

To process any refund request, you must provide:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Your enrollment reference number or transaction ID
  • Detailed explanation of why you did not receive deliverables
  • Supporting documentation or evidence

6.3 Incomplete Requests

Refund requests lacking required information will be denied without further review.

7. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

7.1 Request Submission

  • You may submit a refund request at any time during the internship period and up to 15 days after the internship concludes.
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of program completion

7.2 Review Period

  • Our team will review requests within 7-10 business days of submission
  • We may request additional information during this period
  • If additional information is needed, you have 5 business days to respond

7.3 Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Bank processing time may add an additional 3-5 business days

7.4 Status Updates

  • You will receive email updates at each stage of the refund process
  • You can inquire about refund status via email

8. REFUND AMOUNT

8.1 Refund Eligibility

If your refund request is approved, you will receive a refund of the internship enrollment fee paid by you, subject to applicable deductions.

8.2 Processing Fee Deduction

A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount. No other administrative charges or partial deductions will be applied beyond this processing fee.

8.3 No Additional Compensation

Issuance of a refund constitutes full and final settlement of the matter. No additional compensation, damages, or claims will be entertained beyond the refunded amount.

9. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q1: Can I get a refund if my college doesn't accept this internship?

A: No. You must verify with your college before enrolling whether our internship meets their academic requirements. We are not responsible for your college's policies or decisions.

Q2: Can I get a refund if I'm too busy to complete the program?

A: No. Lack of time or commitment is not a valid refund reason. You should enroll only if you can dedicate the necessary time to complete 100% of assignments.

Q3: What if I complete 99% of the program and then request a refund?

A: You are not eligible for a refund. 100% completion is required to receive your certificate, and non-refund policies apply to all non-completion scenarios.

Q4: Can I get a refund if I don't get a job after completing the internship?

A: No. We make no job placement guarantees. The internship is for training and experience only. Your employability depends on your skills, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Q5: What if your system fails and I don't receive my completion certificate?

A: If you complete 100% of assignments but we fail to issue your completion certificate due to our system failure, you are eligible for a refund. This is the ONLY scenario where refunds are issued.

Q6: Can I get a partial refund if I complete 50% of the internship?

A: No. Partial refunds do not exist in our policy. You either receive a full refund (only if you don't receive your deliverables) or no refund.

Q7: Can I get a refund if I change my mind after a few days?

A: No. There is no "cooling-off" period or change-of-mind refund policy. Once you enroll and pay, the fee is non-refundable unless you meet the sole refund condition.

10. NO REFUND FOR DISSATISFACTION

We understand that some students may be dissatisfied with various aspects of the program. However, dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the condition outlined in Section 3 (non-receipt of deliverables).

If you have concerns about the program quality or content, please contact us to discuss improvements rather than requesting a refund.

12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Internship for you reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

In the event of policy changes, we will send notification via email to all enrolled students. However, refund eligibility is determined by the policy in effect at the time of your enrollment.

13. FINAL TERMS

By enrolling in our internship program and making a payment, you explicitly:

  • Acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy
  • Accept that refunds are not available for standard circumstances
  • Understand that the sole refund condition is non-receipt of deliverables
  • Agree that college non-recognition, lack of employment, or dissatisfaction do not justify refunds
  • Commit to completing 100% of assignments to receive your completion certificate

This Refund Policy is effective as of January 31, 2026, and supersedes all previous refund policies or statements.
Your enrollment signifies your full acceptance and understanding of these refund terms.
